Below, you can browse the basic fresh ingredients from our kitchen. Our Classics showcase how our ingredients merge to create the most delicious cake that you have ever tasted (all-organic ingredients are available upon request).

Our ingredients include dairy, egg products, and may contain nuts. We are NOT a gluten-free bakery. We are NOT a nut free bakery. We take care and close attention to avoid cross-contamination. Please read the ingredients carefully for anyone that have allergies. If there are severe allergies, please choose a nut-free bakery.
Delivery policy
We do not ship our cakes, but deliver them via a courier car service within the Portland and Southwest Vancouver Area. Rest assured your cake will be delivered both on-time and in perfect condition. Note, we do offer pickup at our home resident facility. Delivery must be scheduled within Portland metropolitan area and Southwest of Vancouver, WA. The cost is $5 dollars for every 5 miles from the home bakery shop Delivery is $25 downtown Portland. We have 2 hour windows starting from 8-10am and the latest being 4-6pm.
Order Policies
PLACING ORDERS
A basic cake order requires a 5 day notice, and a custom/specialty order require 10 day notice or more since these type of orders take time, and could require more detail work which may need additional purchasing of items that may not be on hand at the shop.We highly recommend placing cake orders at least 48 hours in advance–on popular weekends our baking schedule often fills up!  Orders for custom decorated cakes and cupcakes should be placed as far in advance as possible.
MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
We’ve worked hard to create flavor combinations that make our products special.Any modification or last minute changes can be done within 3 days of order placement. All changes must be within reason, even substitution. Some designs may not give us time for changes. Thanks for your understanding!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final, Once your order is place and contact has been made to review the order, you may
cancel your order within 24 hours for a full 100% refund. A 50% refund within 48 hrs. After 2
days, no refund can be issued. Please consider the type of cake, the design of the cake, and
frosting along with the filling being made which is all part of preparation to complete your order.
If it is agreed that the cake is not to the customer satisfaction and Annee cakes agrees also with
the custom, then it may be agreed for a 50% refund. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis, but please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavor or texture did not meet a personal preference.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due on the day of delivery or pick-up date.

 

DESIGN FINALIZATION

There is a 2 day window for any custom design and specialty cake order changes of size, style or flavors.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.

DELIVERY POLICY

If delivery is paid for, then the cake will be delivered on the specified day. The cake is guaranteed to arrive in good condition and without damage. However, if the customer transports the cake themselves, then they are liable for the cake as soon as it is picked up by the customer. We are not liable for damage made while the customer is transporting the cake.

PICK UP POLICY

Cake pickups are scheduled in advance. We agreed to have the cake ready on the day agreed.  The customer is entitled to see confirmation of the cake before leaving the building, but if the customer chooses not to see the cake before leaving, then the cake is presumed to be in good condition. We are not responsible for the condition of the cake once it leaves our location.

 

RETURN POLICY

All cake sales are final and non-refundable.  We make our cakes and purchase supplies in advance of the day of delivery/pickup; therefore, when a cake is ordered, we consider the sale final.
